Habits of a Healthy Workday is a workshop designed with the working professional in mind… because your workday doesn’t have to involve aches, pains, sitting for long hours or slumps in the afternoon.
Our goal is for you to leave this session feeling better than when you came in because the habits of a healthy workday are designed to help you destress and refresh within minutes! Through interactive stress management habits along with examples of physical workspace alterations, this engaging and hands-on workshop will support you in mitigating relevant stressors and have you planning for your most successful and healthy workday.
